Hi, I can't connect to the web although I can still access the router (192.168.1.1). Under the Home tab when I start the wizard (connect automatically), I get this message "Scanning Internet connection failed. Your device can not connect to Internet, please contact your ISP".
I tried factory reset but to no avail. There seems to be a firmware update but there no way to update because there is no Update option in "Device Management", just Reboot and Factory Restore.
One Key Diagnostics throws this error "Server no response . Please contact your service provider."
