I am going onto a new plan and am waiting for a phone to arrive which will apparently have setup instructions but my phone is not working today as I think it has been changed to my new plan before I have received instructions etc. My internet is working so i cant ring to get it sorted i am going onto internet plan 100gb and voice. I'm not very technically minded but I need my phone.
