Response SLAs for Community Forum

Hi,


Just wondering, are there SLAs for this community forum for when we could expect a query/post to be resolved?

Many other places where I've worked or deal with have this in place, do Vodafone?

Just wondering as my last couple of posts have been pretty much ignored, whereas other (easier) questions are jumped on an resolved very quickly.

Generally, Vodafone staff will leave posts for the Community to pick up for 8-12 hours unless it's clearly a support issue. After that time, we will then work our way through and I review unanswered posts 2-3 times a week.
