Last night Maria was helping me with my sky and broadband problems. When she asked me to turn everything off so that she could work on the problem, I did - including the phone I was talking to her on! I left my cellphone at work last night, accidentally, and now that it is charged up I have found a message from her - unfortunately I cannot call her back and she didn't leave a number.
This morning I still had no internet or sky tv.
Can someone call me tonight to sort out please - I will have both my landline and cellphone in action. Why should someone call me back - because (a) I am tired of being on hold for 30 mins plus: and (b) you sent a technican last week - who obviously did not sort out the problem - in fact all he did was change three connectors inside the house and was only there for a couple of minutes.
Note Maria was lovely and very helpful - at a time that I was feeling a rather frustrated and unloved customer.
