I have tried phoning you on 0800 438 448 - in order to organise a direcrt debit re-instatement - but your website page is not working and also to have ID Calling re-installed. Yoiu are very quick to phone me when you want something - you need to be faster at answering the phone when I have a problem.

terrible customer services.  Request to change to fiber since June 18 ...   Also, mess up the billings.  Went thru a dozen of CS but of no help.  Have to explain all over again.  Shame to the CS
