With the imminent closure of the email service I have setup an alternative email addresss for some of the current VF hosted email addresses to be forwaraded to as per the link contained in the email
So far the 4 that I have set up have failed to auto forward
2 are @vodadfone.co.nz, 1 is @vodafone.net.nz, and 1 is @ihug.co.nz.
All are going to different gmail addresses.
Please advise why the auto forwarding is not correctly working as emails are arriving at the VF addresses (I can see them there in webmail) but they are never auto forwaraded

When did you set up forwarding? It's taking about 3 business days to set up.

Would have been Friday last week.
Really, 3 working days? do the computers get turned off on non-working days?
I would have imagined at best a couple of mins, at worst 24 hours

The email forwarding isn't working for me either. I created a new gmail email on the 9th and clicked on the link that vodafone set up for forwarding the emails on two of my email accounts. The message on the screen said it would take 3 working days.
It is now the 14th (more than 3 working days have gone by) and still none of my emails from those two email accounts I tested with have been forwarded.
I thought I would just start with two of my many email addresses to see what would happen and no surprises it's not working!! So now I have ANOTHER gmail account dong absolutely nothing just to confuse my life even further.
We have approx 15 email accounts (personal and own domains) which this fiasco is affecting. Trying to sort this out before the 30th November is so far proving to be a nightmare!

Please message me with the old email address and the new one to forward to and I'll get it checked.
