I have gone through the horrendous experience of having fibre installed (not for the fainthearted), and thought we were finally through it when my email account was suspended. I spoke to someone on Saturday (after once again spending way too much time on hold) who reassured me it was a system issue and everything would be back up within 24 hours. It is now Monday (2 days later) and I still have a suspended account. This is simply not good enough and I am thoroughly fed-up with the process. Can someone PLEASE resolve this issue so we can put this whole period of our lives behind us and move on. PLEASE??!!!
