Hi just moved in to our new place, had confirmation last week that internet will be good to use after plugging in the modem, however still can't connect. Called techsupport and said this will be resolved tomorrow and no tech needed to come to the house. Is there any possiblity to have this sorted today since I guess the connection can be done remotely?. Just needed the internet badly. Thanks acct <removed>
Hi, 11 days ago I requested a change over of my tenant's account to me? I was promised it takes 3 days! The only reason I wanted to stay with Vodafone was, that the connection, router etc. was already in place. However, it shows that I could have sorted this much faster if I had taken Trustpower's offer!
If I am not connected today, I will move to your competitor... and while we are at it, move our mobile accounts as well.
