We have our clear.net.nz email address syniced with Outlook 2010. when click on icon it just opens up. we therefore have no idea if we already have a outlook account, as when we go in and try setting one up it says there is already an outlook account with that name and to enter password, we have tried a variety of our usual passwords to no luck.
this is both true under our personal email account and business one <removed>.
we are therefore unsure what to do around forwarding emails to new platform ready for closuer.

When we shifted our business and changed our business name 6 weeks ago someone from Vodafone came into our computor and set up the makeit sew inbox on outlook for us.
