#23 does not remove call divert on my landline.

What do I do now /

I've checked and yes, standard chorus wholesale call diversion immediate is provisioned on your phone line.

 

You'll need to configure the numbers to divert to by dialing 181 (and then the other codes) before it can be activated. Details on that here -  http://help.vodafone.co.nz/app/answers/detail/a_id/5629/

unfortunately dialling 160 only gave me a confirmation tone for a "unknown number"
