hi, one of the chorus guy came today morning to connect the brodband at my house but he said this is wrong order they can't connect it untill it is connect to spark and from my side i already terminate the contract with spark so now your job to switch over my fiber connection should be connect to vodafone so please help me thank you

Hi there,

For us to transfer services to Vodafone, there needs to be active services at the property. If you've dsconnected from your previous provider that means we'd need to run a new connection from scratch.
