abysmal customer service

I have tried all evening to get through to the faults team as I have no landline or internet service. I have waited on the phone for an hour or more and had no reply. Unsuprisingly when I pretend to be a new customer interested in joinng vodafone my call is answered instantly.
Very poor show vodafone, you know its 2014, this sort of customer service went out with the ark.
