If it's more than a year old, then we archive it unless it's a solution and still valid/useful for the Community.

Original thread older than a year, prior to your post, last was 23 weeks ago.

@MikeHales, thanks for your quick reply.
I think that you should revisit your answer as I have a number of email notifications that quite clearly show otherwise.
2 notifications from 28-6-18
3 notifications from 31-5-18
in my email, doing a bit of digging the orginal message was created 23 weeks ago, since then 11 replies, but the last reply I posted yesterday seems to have gone.
So someone has deleted it, would you like to let me know why? or is VF now engaging in censorship?

Hi @gregmcc - I'm happy to answer this. I have removed a couple of your posts over the last few weeks, specifically ones advising customers to go directly to the TDR. In case you weren't aware, the TDR does not accept complaints which have not gone through the normal channels and where the company in question has not been given an opportunity to solve the complaint. You've posted in a few threads where someone has mentioned that they want to make a complaint, and your advice is incorrect and therefore unhelpful.
We don't generally censor posts here, but it is also our forum, and when someone repeatedly posts incorrect information those posts will be removed. Hope that clarifies things a bit.
I am now going to lock this thread. If you would like to discuss this further, I am happy to answer your questions in a private message.
