So I've been running a voip phone through the PC and everything was going fine until... I took advantage of Vodafone's free antivirus.
Now the Voip phone - a Grandstream - won't connect. Is it likely to be the settings on the AV somewhere, or something else?

Hi @DougC - there may be a network setting that has gone awry in the PC Protection application. Page 5 of the user guide shows the Firewall rules and port settings. You might have to consult your VOIP application documentation to see which port needs to be unblocked for your system to function.
