You may need to reset your modem to factory settings, using a pin hold down the reset button at the back of your modem for 30 seconds.

yes after the so called firmware update im getting slower dloads and higher latency .. have hunted to try to figure out how to roll back the firmware update but no luck. AND since the update i have some friends that are having issues as well.. yes i rung the " help desk " HAHA, yes they said my line speed is ok.. man how hard is it to raise an issue to the next level. ISP change on the way, sick of having no help from the " customer CARE " !

It you are on VDSL, it will likely be due to the VDSL DLM seeing the disconnect and reboot from the router and adjusting the line profile. It should bounce back.

I have to agree. My download speeds has decreased majorly. I used to get 57mpbs now i get somewhere between 25-34mpbs. Yes ive disconnected wifi users and running through a ethernet cable. my line speed show 63mbps however i get 20mbps less than before. My ping has also spiked up. I went from 13ms to 25-35ms response times. This is not good enough. Customer support is not helping me. I'm actively looking for new isp. Support is not good enough!

I'm still on B019.
If the roll-out started in August and it's now November, when are you likely to get around to updating mine????
