New modem received last night, followed instructions to set up.
WAN light is not coming on.
Called vodafone twice, they have advised they will get a technician at Chorus to look at this, what they have not explained is does the technician need access to my home? and if so shouldnt they arrange with me the best time as im at work.
I did notice a chorus box in the apartment, it looks as though a blue cord has been cut - unsure if this is the reason why the internet is not connected. any ideas in how long this will be take to be sorted
