Any idea what is going on with the usage meters? They look seriously wonky at the moment, only updating weekly?
The daily usage views show no usage for six days, then massive usage on the seventh day. Makes monitoring daily usage impossible.
Hi there, You're right, that is looking a bit strange! There are no known issues that we're aware of, but if you could send us your account details either through Facebook private mesage or email to email@example.com - we'll log a job with our internal system team to look into.
It is January 2018 and my usage meter has only worked for 2 of the last 6 days. Please fix the problem.
