I am unable to register to view and pay my broadband online. I do not have a vodafone mobile.
When I attempt to register using my account number, it informs me my password is incorrect and that I need the password I set up when I joined Vodafone. I did not set up a password when I joined Vodafone probably about 10 years ago when they took over from another provider.
You'll need to click on "My Vodafone" > "Internet" > "I've forgotten my password" and enter your customer number and broadband username. If you're unsure of these details best to give us a call on 0800 438 448.
