Still no word! Month after month since installing the "Ultrahub" in Nov 2017, and there is still no indication of whether or not the lack of USB print server functionality on the "Ultrahub" can or will be resolved. Vodafone also pulled the pin on being an email service provider last year, and with our contract expiring in May, we'd like to think we have at least held our ground with Vodafone's service functionality in some shape or form, to consider renewing our contract. At present it feels like a downward spiral.
Has anyone heard from Mike Hales as to when the new firmware containing the fix to the Ultrahub USB printer bug is to be released? This bug has been "captured" and presumably in quarantine so long, that I'm wondering whether if it's been handed over to Telecom to handle (Ah, those were the days!).
