I have two issues:
1. The connection to the internet drops for no reason, I restart the modem and it is back
2. If I haven’t restarted the modem because of internet dropping the internet connection gets slower and slower. I then restart the modem and it is fast again.
These behaviours are causing the modem to be restarted a couple of times a day in the weekend and every couple of days in the week.
I have moved it around but that makes no difference. What are the next steps?
How responsive is this forum? Am i better off calling the help line?
