Support - lack of

I'm a Paradise Email account holder and for the last 10 days I've had no service.  The problem is that the POP3 & smtp servers will not connect to my Apple Mail client. 


Vodafone's Ninjas (ha) have been 'working' on the problem for almost a week, without any results. Today I find I can't get to me mail by either Vodafone or Paradise webmail, so I'm completely cut off. 


I've no idea what the 'Ninjas' are doing because they don't answer any of the requests for information I send to them.


Can anyone point me to a good guide to moving from Vodadfone to a Gmai account. Vodafone is a complete disaster for me.

This is what I did, see solution for from address issue at bottom.  Hope it helps.

2017 update to Google settings, havent read it properly but it may be significant.
