I switched over my standard broadband account to a wireless broadband account months ago but it seems I am still being charged for the old account that should have been cancelled.
I can provide the account details if someone could contact me to fix this please.

I have still not heard anything from anyone. My PM to Gareth has gone unanswered. It has been over two weeks since my initial post. Is there someone else who can sort this out for me please.
