The fix is never a fix, as ongoing I get up to 50 viagra emails a day ( I cant keep up).
Why can't this be fixed ? getting highly sick of it as this is a buisness email address.
Strangely enough if I try to send the list to missed spam at Paradise via my Spark ISP (which is my home provider), they all get rejected as SPAM and will not send.
If Spark can sort this out why can't Paradise / Vodafone ?

Is anybody actually working on this? I spent ages today deleting over 80 emails and they still keep arriving. Also most are not to my actual email address!

They sometimes arnt address to you as they use a "spoofing" method to try to bypass spam filters.
Also nobody is working on this....Vodafone has washed their hands of clearnet and paradise customers !!

Both our paradise email addresses have been deluged with spam everyday for more than a month. We have contacted Vodafone many times and keep getting fobbed off with "we are working on a fix". If this was a public service they would be getting crucified! Makes me wonder if they want us to stop using paradise addresses so they can sell the site. One of their
"customer ninjas" suggested we went with gmail but we want to keep our paradise email.
I don't know how many times you have to complain before they actually do something!!!

The spam has reduced to about one or two a day but there is something really strange happening now! We have two computers, both connected to the same ISP and previously were able to bring up the emails on each computer which then go into our Windows Live mail inbox. But they will only appear on the one computer now (being the first one that is turned on) so they have to be forwarded to the other one. It's like once they go from the server they are gone forever. Same with our phones which are Spark phones - but we can access Paradise email on - if we look emails up on the phones they usually don't appear on our computers.
It is getting beyond annoying! And yes we do use gmail but there are heaps of things and articles that we have subscribed to over the years via Paradise and it would be a giant hassle to try and change everything over to gmail!

It possible that the email is being deleted from the server with the first computer that logs on / checks emails.
Theres a setting in Windows Live Mail ( I use it as well) that needs to be checked.
Open Windows Live Mail. Make sure that the correct email (Clearnet/Paradsie) is seleted.
On the top Tab there is an Accounts tab. I have 3 tabs at the top. Home - Folders- View and Accounts
Open Accounts the Properties
That should open a small window with 4 tabs: General - Servers - Secuirty and Advanced
Click the Advianced Tab
At the Bottom of this screen its says Delivery
Where it says " Leave a copy of message on server" make sure thats ticked/checked in the box
Also gives option to remove after several days and being deleted.
If its already ticked....sorry...that was my best guess.
You'll have to also check the setting on the Phones as well.
Not sure what type you use but under the email account settings on the phone there will be an option like this as well.

Thank you for that. I got into that part and yes, it was unticked. So it must have been ticked until recently and then something went wrong, but not surprising with everything that is happening with Vodafone at the moment. lol. Cheers.

Just make sure you check all the other devices you use as well to make sure they are leving a copy of the email on the server.
