I think alot of the original Paradise customers have been moved to Clearnet now. Our email address is still '@Paradise' but when it stopped working one day last year Vodafone got me to change the email settings to '@Clearnet'. They said the Paradise server was ancient and they were slowly moving people off it.
But while there was only one spam today I'm having the same problem with emails not being received. I tried to send one from my gmail to my paradise email yesterday lunchtime (so I could print it out properly, no good on gmail) and it was not received until this morning. A friend of ours who is also with Paradise sent one email but it actually appeared SIX times!
What is going on - this morning I had over 50 spam emails, am forwarding using the method suggested but there is no improvement. What is really annoying is that the email address that they are coming too are not all mine, they are variations of my name - I would have thought that this would make them undeliverable. When can we expect some progress on this?
Just want to say that prior to Vodafone taking over we had almost no spam at all!
