Spam on Paradise email

I entered a Spark competition recently (our phones are with Spark) and had a text from them this afternoon saying that the server they shared with NZME for the competition was compromised by a third party. This explains why I have been bombarded with 'Lisa from Bunnings, Kogan (Dick Smith), and several other spams every day. Have rung Vodafone twice re this spam on our Paradise email account and they just tell me to forward it to 'missedspam' - BUT how many times do I have to do that?  Or am I doing it wrong, I read somewhere that it has to be in a 'MTCC ? format or something, but I have windows live mail, so haven't a clue what I should be doing.  Hope someone can help.  Jan.

Thanks. Perhaps forwarding the spam has finally worked because after I wrote this all except one have suddenly stopped. We were getting about 6 on a daily basis.

It's best to continue forwarding these examples to missedspam@paradise.net.nz and our team will review and collate examples from other customers. If others are getting these, we'll block them from coming through, however we need multiple examples from multiple people in order for an address to get blocked.

Yes we are starting to get bombarded with them again as well. Had 6 of them today and they have been forwarded to 'missed spam'.

Yes I too am receiving daily spam in my paradise inbox.  I was forwarding them daily to missed spam however to no avail.

@JoanHilder @Collette @JanineThomas

Thank you, can you keep forwarding these to missed spam if possible, as we're still working on getting the issue resolved.

Over the past week I have received, in both of my Paradise e mail addresses, up to 30 emails a day, all different names and addresses, advertising pharmacy stuff, like Viagra etc. How can I stop this please.

Hi Janine

I have also started getting up to 30 spam e mails a day to both my Paradise addresses. Mostly it is Viagra and stuff.

I too am being bombarded with these spam e mails. All have different names and addresses, but pretty much selling the same stuff. What on earth is going on.
