I'm in a bit of a pickle here. I'm renting a room in a house, and am not the account holder (yay!). Vodafone provide internet to this household, and it seems a bit ... slow.

Sometimes when it rains, the internet cuts out completely and the phone doesn't work properly.
I've asked the landlord to log a line fault, but this is your standard landlord (i.e. won't do anything) we're talking about here. What else can I do?
Could you private message me the phone number as well as the physical address so I can run tests on the connection.
