Setup a Credit card Direct debit through customer zone

Instructions below  do not match what I can see on screen

 

There is is NO 'Manage Credit Card details'  listed anywhere on the screen.

 

I have to say the website is NOT user friendly and takes you in circles

 

 

If your bill has REF:TCL in the top right corner, please use these instructions

1.  Log into Customer Zone, selecting Customer Zone
2.  Next to the applicable contact name, click Manage Credit Card Details
3.  From the Manage My Card Details drop-down menu, select Add Credit Card

Hi @rouseabouts

 

Try the following steps:

 

  1. Log into Customer Zone, http://customerzone.vodafone.co.nz
  2. then "Click here to create your ID" once you've created your own ID, please logout and log back with the ID you've created
  3. Next to the applicable contact name, click Manage Credit Card Details
  4. From the Manage My Card Details drop-down menu, select Add Credit Card
  5. Accept the credit card terms and conditions and click Next
  6. Enter your credit card details
  7. Click Submit
    A message appears asking if you want to set up regular payments using that credit card
  8. Click Yes
  9. Click OK

 

Please note: a $1 temporary transaction fee will be charged to your credit card to confirm that the credit card is valid. This will be refunded within 7 days.
