I remember a time you could call the 0800 number and actually speak to a person. The last time I did that a few months ago I asked that my bill be paid monthly with my credit card. Yea, never happened. So today I get a big bill because the payment with the credit card was never set up. And my attempt to speak with someone isn't likely to happen now that I only get options on the phone. And when I entered the credit card information it kept rejecting the expiry date numbers I entered.
So, customer service has taken a total dive. Thanks for making me feel like a random number.
