To vodafone customer service manager

I have rang the Chinese customer service today just before 8pm 6 Dec 17, male operator who is so rude to start with even said hi with how are you ? In chinese, No respond at all, and said keep going and tell is your problem? End up asked to call back and nothing we can help you caused too late??? that's suxx service, after that called English customer service which must better service than that, help us to email ask what happen this

If you guy rush before 8pm to close the call or rush to go home for end of the day, please don't take this job
