does anyone know the direct line for the broadband retention team?

im ready to explode and getting hung up on afer being on hold for a long time isnt helping.

HA HA HA, the twitter team dont even talk to customer care. Dont belive them when they say they will call you back (they wont).

When I finally got to speak to someone they said "The reason it took four weeks to call you was because the twitter team never told anyone or logged a ticket, they are just damage control. They don’t understand that by promising to call you, in public, and then not doing it is worse than ignoring you on twitter"

I don't see how speaking to one bad apple who is so obviously misinformed is 'proof' of anything to be honest. There are plenty of people on here who help customers during their spare time and are happy to do so - feel free to look at the proof all over these forums.
