RBI order failure

Hi there , we have been on 3g rbi for 2 years then saw an offer to upgrade to 4g . It is a good deal , more data , higher speeds etc. Unfortunately we have been waiting a week to get it going. The tech came and installed new modem , then had trouble with an order failure. I have called every day , usually about 25 minutes going over story and asking questions and we still have no internet or phone line. We are in a poor signal area so mobile phones only work in one room of house. Getting sick of it really , an order failure sounds like a simple IT sort of a fix , not a tech to site break down . 

What is going on?

Any help would be appreciated ,

Hi there , i just want to thank Sebastian for his call backs today and resolving our issues we were having. Thanks heaps and you have kept a vodafone customer.
