Overcharged accounts

Hi,

 

Have changed my billing with Vodafone and the only thing I should be charged for on my account is a dialup connection so I can keep my email address and that's it. I have moved my home phone to Home Phone Wireless so this is charged through my Mobile Account.

 

I have had two bills since and the tally so far is $156.55 overcharged by Vodafone. The last time I called them they said they would refund me for the first account and then there was no refund and I was being charged even more than before.

 

Is there anyone I can contact to help sort this out??

Still having no luck . . . just got another account with a charge for Broadband and Home Phone when I don't even have these services going.

 

What can I do to get it sorted?? The only thing I can think of is to stop the direct debit and refuse to pay until it gets fixed, but then Vodafone stings me for not paying my bill on time.

 

Is there anyway of contacting Accounts/Billing without going through the call centre? Each time I call they keep changing things and promising refunds but they never happen.
