Have changed my billing with Vodafone and the only thing I should be charged for on my account is a dialup connection so I can keep my email address and that's it. I have moved my home phone to Home Phone Wireless so this is charged through my Mobile Account.
I have had two bills since and the tally so far is $156.55 overcharged by Vodafone. The last time I called them they said they would refund me for the first account and then there was no refund and I was being charged even more than before.
Is there anyone I can contact to help sort this out??
