Over Payments

have been paying a Vodafone fixed line and broad band since 2014 which had been changed to another supplier, how do we go about getting a refund?

Hi there,

 

I recived a call from the call centre about three days after this post, she said she would get back to me,, I've herad nothing back, I'd really like this refund before Christmas....doesn't look like it's going to happen...why can't someone make a decesion? How long do I have to keep chasing this up, just refund my money that I've been paying for a service which has not been supplied. If no action here I best take this up with the TDR
