Hi there, about a year ago we upgraded our home broadband to a Vodafone Fibre connection and have had an intermittent issue where my Outlook 2010 client (used when working from home) won't connect to Office 365, connecting to anything else on the Internet is not affected and neither is connecting to the Office 365 website . I have tested it using both a Wifi and Wired connection to the modem with the same results. The issue will persist for a few days then be OK again for a while. I can work around the issue by hot spotting off my Mobile or using the company VPN but it is not ideal. Recently I have heard from another employee at the company that also has the same problem since installing a Vodafone Fibre connection. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue?
