Older iPhone not picking up wifi

My wife's iPhone 5c can't pick up our newly installed fibrex on WiFi. Is this a known fault?

No known issues, a 5C should be able to pickup 2 networks from, the HG659 modem.

 

Can the phone pickup any other WiFi networks?
