I woke up yesterday morning to the "Your account is activating..." website whenever I try and visit a web page so I contacted the number on the page and was after numerous calls was told it must be a problem with the modem.
I replaced the modem with another known good one and are still getting the "Activating" message. Now I am being told that its because the modem is not a Vodafone provided modem.
Does this sound correct?
The modem is connecting and assigning me an IP address etc but when I do a tracert all traffic doesnt make it past the external gateway the modem is connected with.
All technicians that I have talked to claim its a modem issue (on 2 different modems).
