I have been with Vodafone for around 5 years already.
I recently got a new modem from you guys and extended my contract.
But lately the connection has been very frustrating. Sometimes, when I speedest, it doesn't even load the website!
Netflix, browsing = frustrating.
Did something happen to my account? Can you guys move me something more stable box or something? Send me a PM to get my account details.

Wehen you resigned was your service changes? I.E. change to VDSL or Fibre?
