Hi,

We're moving to a fibre enabled area soon.  Should we pretend we're new customers and create a new account, or somehow try and transfer the other one?  We've got 7 weeks left in our current non-fibre house.

Our relocations team can start off the process of connection at the new address now, which would take the same time, if not faster than a brand new signup.
