I was moved over to BigPipe ADSL on the 24/25th of April, but wish to move back to VF and carry on with the account and services (Naked ADSL) I had.
I rang VF to ask about switching back, but the customer services rep was non the wiser that my ADSL connection had been disconnected?
Who is best to speak to about initiating a re-connection back to VF and simply carry on with my account. The person at the call center said my account was still active until May 2nd.
Signing up again will force me onto a 12 months contract which I don't really want to do.
Any help please from people who have been in a similar position?
Please join up again through the website or get in touch with the sales team. It would be helpful to please have your existing customer number included, that might prevent a new account being created and a new credit check etc.
