Can anyone at Vodafone please tell me why spam is getting through ?
I never use to get spam. (one might get through the filters once in a blue moon)
BUT now its constant.
I brought this up a week ago (4/4) and was replied to by Mike Hales saying
" Checked in with the team, there was a wave of spam directed towards Clearnet servers, and apologies re those that have got through. We're in the process of purging the remaining messages and updating filters accordingly."
But since then and in the last two days MORE spam is getting through than blocked.
Come on Vodafone wake up.
Hell I can't even check the usage meters.
Seems evey month they go down. This moring wont even allow me to log into them !
Any one at Vodafone care to comment....

We're still working to resolve this. Best if you forward any spam emails to missedspam@clear.net.nz in the meantime.
Is the usage meter working for you now? If not, feel free to flick me a private message with your account number and I'll check this out.

Hope you sort the spam situation soon. Getting annoying.
Usage meter does seem to be working again. Went down for about 5 days but seems to of corrected itself.
However this seems to happen just about every month ??

With the last lot of problems yesterday with Clearnet and Paradise emails, again the spam filters are letting through spam!!
Can you please let the relavant people know.
Getting really annoying seeing this junk when it should plainly be filtered out.

Just about everyone I know on Vodafone or old Clearnet getting hit by spam
You what to log into Webmail and check the Spam folder there. Lots of spam thats getting filtered out going there.
Still getting spam to my inbox however, which i forward as attachement to missedspam@clear.net.nz
Got a reply from Vodafone today stating:
This is currently a known issue and our technical team is investigating this at a high priority. Our technical team is working on this to be resolved as soon as possible.
Every fix that is placed to remedy the spam issue takes time and the amount of spam emails decrease slowly.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
