I want to make an official complaint due to the lack of follow up and customer care. I have had no internet for over 1month now, this is completely unacceptable for where I live, Te Atatu, Auckland city. The lines of communication between Vodafone and myself have been limited and for this lack of customer service I find greatly aggrieved. I have on 22 occasions been told by Vodafones automated txt service that my fault will be fixed on a certain date and nothing has happened, I want this fixed or will be moving to another provider.
