I've rang Vodafone several times and supposed to be someone is going to get in touch with me with feedback etc any sort of update whether they are doing work or whatever is the cause of the problem. So far have not heard anything. What should I do next to at least get some kind of human response of any sort. At least be honest and tell me what's wrong. My work is very much dependent on internet. I am currently using iPhone + Spark ....argggggh HELP !!!!
This PLANNED MAINTENANCE - Fixed Line and Broadband systems and My Vodafone post would have been helpful if you tell us if the area that I am in is affected by that. This is the second time my internet is down for an extended period of time. It is very frustrating already !!!!
