Fiber was connected last week - at 1gig ( i realise it wont actually be 1gig )
Was connected at 100mb.
Called up - many times - yes maam, will fix maam.
Woke up this morning...its now 30mb.
If someone can get this sorted by cob today - yes its a saturday - i will stick around.
Otherwise im moving to spark - who i KNOW can fix this problem very quickly.

But still going at less than half of what my VDSL was on.
Im amazed that a simple software change that can be implemented manually cant be done immediatly.
This sort of service makes me want to come run the helpdesk again...just so others dont have to go through this.
