so I asked to be connected on the 11th, as my current internet provider is being stopped on the 11th in anticipation of the move to Vodafone, Instead Vodafone said the 13th with this additional note "If this date is not convenient for you, please contact us on the numbers below." - and no number given; so now what happens? I'm not sure vodafone knows the Fibre connection is set to be cut on the 11th. I assume if I'm getting disconnected from provider A, it will take than more than 2 days to start a new fibre connection to provider B?
Provider A doesn't provide partial refunds and I don't want to be with them for another month.
