So I was told by the super helpful customer service team that it would take "1 day" to upgrade from my existing 80gb Fibre 30 package to a new Unlimited Fibre 100 package.
Its now been 6 days.
The super helpful customer services team are now unable to help me for some reason, when trying to call I either don't get through or nobody has an answer for me............ still waiting
