How do I know if we have ADSL or VDSL?
We are being charged for VDSL but since switching from Spark our internet has been insanely slow and seems slower than when we used to have dial-up years ago.
Internet speed tests show below 10 mbps.
The Vodafone website says that VDSL is not available at our address, even though we are being charged for it.
Any help appreciated.
