I signed up for fibre last Wednesday for it to be connected on the 20th. When will I get confirmation email or text that my request has been received?

I phoned up on the 27th November as my contract was coming to an end and re signed up to fibre max for another year. I have since phoned 3 times and always been getting the same answer that its with the escalation team. Sort of regretting that I resigned if they cant even get something simple sorted. 

 

Come on Vodafone. Sort your **bleep** out if you want to keep long time customers.
