Fibre speeds halved?

Signed up for another contracted 100 down / 20 up and it was going good for the past year or so. 



But recently they've cut it down to half or less than what was agreed on. 40-50 down, 10 up now.

Been at these speeds for a little over a week - thought it might just be congested network but even at 3 AM the speeds are the same.

Almost looks like you're on the 50/10 plan. I wonder if when you signed up we were offering a free upgrade to the 100/20 plan and that deal has expired? Check your bill or give us a call.
