Now, I explain.....my father account was upgrade to Fibre from ADSL on exist IHUG (Vodafone) account on last year.
And Last week, My father tried get his email unresponse. Vodafone said "Your email was stop account". without warning notice ? He rang to Vodafone, He told me, Vodafone add the $23/mth for Email on his exist address. I surprise that Vodafone are wrong
WHY these seperate two charges for his acount ? I suppose that Email should include his account on Fibre network.
However, I have heard numbers compliant against mess seperate product on their account. It's no right for vodafone things.
Please remove $23 a month from his acccount should have a include 10 emails with Fibre on his account. If Vodafone or you feel refuse it, I will full write a compliant to Commerce Commissioner as Fair Trade.
